Hannah Sadler made a New Year’s resolution in 2019 to learn something new. That something new was baking sourdough. She killed her first sourdough starter, baked brick after brick, and kept trying. Grain + Honey Bake Shop was born in March 2019. Hannah set up at special events and farmer’s markets throughout the spring and summer, drove her old white Chevy truck all over Robertson County delivering loaves of bread, and opened the first location of G+H in Springfield, Tennessee on October 7th, 2019. Grain + Honey has always been a community supported bakery, and we try to pay it forward by supporting other local makers and artists and helping local causes.
