This loaf features Old Jed, a sourdough starter we were gifted that dates back to the 1870s. Our 7-grain mix, which includes rye, barley, millet, and flax seeds, gets folded into a whole wheat dough. The result is a hearty, flavorful loaf with an extra tang, thanks to Old Jed.
